Not sure if I’m just dumb but I think the measurement on your side doors and the opening are off on the blueprint. Combined width of your doors with your measurement is 42.25” but the frame/opening width you have is only 41.5”.

I am currently building a drift boat using Coosa board 40% lighter than marine plywood and stronger then laminating kevlar fabric on the bottom and carbon fiber on the sides.

withought tailgate plastic rails wouldn't make it work as not enough support throug the top, so runners would be better for alternative approach

must have been expensive build. beautiful though. Building my first real bench now, once business gets going and i have my shop ill be making something like Rob Cosman's, I like the shoulder vice. although I did incorporate the benchcrafted glide , leg vice in mine.
